What I need to focus on!

I suspect my biggest enemy wrt efficiency is distraction: I go off on tangents at the drop of a hat (or click of a button).  This is particularly true sitting behind my PC.  I am pretty good at sticking to tasks involving my hands/physical labour/work not behind a PC.  Problem is my profession is currently largely PC based!

Put another way, I loose focus easily.  Maybe not so much lack focus, more loose focus.

The Euphoria of Music and Dancing

At work, I just listened to the U2 song 'The Ballad of Ronnie Drew' - a sort-of pub-song collaboration with the Dubliners and others.

The last time I listened to it was with Tanya, and resulted in wild jumping-around dancing and laughter in our lounge at home: over and over.  I felt like my chest would explode with uncontained joy!

As I listened to it now, I could not help but experience the same feeling...the memory is entrenched in my heart, along with its chest-exploding joy.
